Eligibility for interline fares
In order to verify that you are eligible for interline rates, all cruise lines require a photocopy of the airline employee’s identity badge and an IATA 788 letter from his/her staff travel department or departmental manager which must be submitted via us within 24 hours of the booking.

AZAMARA
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Active airline, courier or military (US or Canadian) personnel (hereafter called Interliners) are eligible for two cabins per ID.
Parents (but not parents-in-law) of Interliners qualify on their own for one cabin - independently, or in addition to the Interliner's one or two cabins (i.e. up to three cabins are allowed if the Interliner and a parent is travelling).

The following people qualify on their own for one cabin only per ID (not in addition to the above):
- Retired employees of CURRENT (not defunct) airline (their widows/widowers do not qualify).
- Spouse or domestic partner of an Interliner
- (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo or Amadeus

CARNIVAL
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Passenger Airlines*, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Airline Pilots’ Association (ALPA), IATA (employees of IATA; not referring to travel agents who are members of IATA), Sabre, TravelPort (formerly Worldspan), Amadeus, Galileo, Cruise Line Employees, Amtrak Employees
*Note: Excluding charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines.
Courier company employees (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) DO NOT qualify with Carnival
Eligible Airline/Interline employee is permitted to book two cabins (CPGI/CPGO) as long as the second cabin is occupied by an eligible family member. Eligible family members include: husband, wife, mother or father of the employee, or dependent children 21 years old and younger
Eligible Airline/Interliners can book up to three cabins total
Option #1
1 airline/interliner cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 1 eligible family cabin (CPGI/CPGO)
1 non-eligible cabin (CPG3) *
Option #2

Eligible Family Members
   * May book one cabin per cruise departure, per family, if the employee is NOT travelling (CPGI/CPGO).
   * Eligible family members include: husband, wife, mother or father of the employee, or dependent children 21 years old and younger.
   * The interline rates cease along with the death of the interline employee. Surviving spouses or immediate family receive no benefits.

Retired Interline Employees
   * May book one cabin per sailing and they must be travelling in this cabin (CPGI/CPGO).
   * Retirees do not qualify for the Interline Plus Program (CPG3) and therefore are not eligible to bring any additional cabins under that promotion.
   * Retired employees of non-existing airlines do NOT qualify for the Interline rates.

Military Eligibility:
The military discount is only for US Military.

CELEBRITY
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Active airline, courier or military (US or Canadian) personnel (hereafter called Interliners) are eligible for two cabins per ID.
Parents (but not parents-in-law) of Interliners qualify on their own for one cabin - independently, or in addition to the Interliner's one or two cabins (i.e. up to three cabins are allowed if the Interliner and a parent is travelling).

The following people qualify on their own for one cabin only per ID (not in addition to the above):
- Retired employees of CURRENT (not defunct) airline (their widows/widowers do not qualify).
- Spouse or domestic partner of an Interliner
- (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo or Amadeus

CUNARD
Eligibility
- Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Present-Active Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Spouse or friends travelling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline employee.
- Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee when travelling independently of Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Dependent children travelling and sharing a cabin with Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
- Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Parent's In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Eligibility is limited to one cabin per interline ID. Cunard does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins (one for the employee and one for the spouse). If both the employee and spouse are travelling they must share the same cabin.

HOLLAND AMERICA
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Active employees (including employees of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association and the National Pilots Association), spouses, and parents (but not children) of CURRENT (not defunct) IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, commuter, or cargo airlines are eligible.
Retirees of such airlines also qualify on their own (but not their spouses, parents, children, widows/widowers).
Guests sharing accommodations with an eligible person also qualify.  There is no limit to the number of cabins that can be used, but logically, the maximum possible would be four (employee, spouse, mother, father) for an active airline employee or a maximum of ONE for a retired airline employee
Dependent children of an eligible person that require an additional cabin are covered as long as they are travelling with the eligible person.

MSC CRUISES
Eligibility
- Employees of IATA/ARC appointed airlines
- Employees of FedEx, DHL, Airborne Express, UPS
- GDS Employees (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan etc)
- Spouse of Interline employee
- Parents/In-laws of Interline employee (able to travel without employee)
- Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
- Retired employees of defunct airlines with access to current ID
- Military and retired Military with Military ID (immediate family only)
- One additional stateroom, at Interline rate, per booking for friends and
family travelling with the qualified Interline employee (on select sailings only as advised by MSC Italian Cruises)
- Maximum of 3 cabins split between qualified interliners.

NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Airline employees and US & Canadian Military personnel
Spouses of the above
Dependent children of the above
Parents of the above
Retirees of the above
Parents-in-law of the above
In general, interline rates apply to only one cabin per eligible interline ID. However, additional (2nd or 3rd) cabins may be allowed (e.g. friends & family) at the same rate with NCL’s permission on a case by case basis.

PRINCESS
The Interline rates are available for
· Airline employees
· Spouse of airline employee
· Dependent children of airline employee
· Parents or parents-in-law of airline employee
· Retired airline personnel and their spouses
· Non-airline companions sharing accommodations with one of the above.

REGENT SEVEN SEAS
Airline employees and spouses, dependent children, parents of employees, retired employees, and friends sharing accommodations with said employees are eligible for Interline rates.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN
The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Active airline, courier or military (US or Canadian) personnel (hereafter called Interliners) are eligible for two cabins per ID.
Parents (but not parents-in-law) of Interliners qualify on their own for one cabin - independently, or in addition to the Interliner's one or two cabins (i.e. up to three cabins are allowed if the Interliner and a parent is travelling).
The following people qualify on their own for one cabin only per ID (not in addition to the above):
- Retired employees of CURRENT (not defunct) airline (their widows/widowers do not qualify).
- Spouse or domestic partner of an Interliner

SEADREAM YACHT CLUB
Eligibility
- Active Airline employees only
- Each airline employee, with proper airline identification, is allowed one guest in their stateroom at the same rate.

SILVERSEA
Interline rates to all IATA/ARC airline employees, their spouses, dependent children, the parents of the airline employee and retired personnel.  Parents may travel independently from the employee and receive the interline discount.  A non-airline companion may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the interline discount. 
Cruise line employees are also eligible.  

STAR CLIPPERS
Eligibility
- Airline employees
- Spouse of employee
- Dependant children of employee
- Parents of employee
- Retired employees & their spouses
- Friends are eligible when sharing a cabin with an eligible interliner
- Employee need not travel with an eligible family member

UNIWORLD
Eligibility
- Active Airline employees
- The following immediate family members of the active airline employee are eligible for the interline rate, but must be travelling with the airline employee:
Parents of the active airline employee
Dependent children of the active airline employee
- Retired Airline employees

VIKING RIVER CRUISES
Eligibility
Employees of Airlines; CRS Providers (Amadeus, SABRE, etc); Air Express Providers (DHL, FedEx, etc.); members of immediate families of these listed companies; parents of the above including in-laws; and retired employees of the above.
One Interline-eligible adult must occupy each cabin booked.

WINDSTAR
Eligibility:
Active employees (including employees of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association and the National Pilots Association) and spouses (but not parents or children) of CURRENT (not defunct) IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, commuter, or cargo airlines are eligible on their own. Retirees of such airlines also qualify on their own (but not their spouses, parents, or children).
Guests sharing accommodations with an eligible person also qualify.
Maximum of ONE cabin per airline employee/retiree per sailing.
